Our new member process utilizes the "4-1-4” program, in which we have 4 weeks of basic education (the Creed, history, chapter operations) as well as getting to know the rest of his brothers supporting him, 1 week of Initiation, and then 4 weeks of continuing education (speakers on academics, risk management, standards, etc.). In addition to weekly educational meetings, brotherhood events are scheduled every week for all members, such as bowling, go-karting, all chapter meals, and movie nights. To gain leadership experience, our pledge class took the role of planning an event for the entire chapter as well as doing one project to improve the Fraternity. We follow a strict no hazing policy, and every member of Theta Chi Fraternity will do his part to ensure that there is no hazing in becoming a full member of Theta Chi Fraternity. | No Hazing Policy The Bradley University Greek Life Office Having Policy Still Have Questions about our New Member Program?
